We are looking for a practice nurse to cover a maternity leave working 12-16 hours per week with duties to include, INR testing, smear clinics, vaccine clinics, hypertension, CHD, CKD, 24hr BPs, NHS travel vaccines

4579 patients, 5 GPs P/T. We have a practice pharmacist, mental health worker, social workers, trust run treatment room
