Key Responsibilities
• Conduct telephone, face to face consultations and house visits.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the practices ongoing development
• Engage with a full multidisciplinary team- including a pharmacist, physiotherapist, mental health worker and social worker
• Opportunities to teach medical students and GP trainees.
• Optional involvement in the Homeless Inclusion Hub in Belfast to support vulnerable populations

Job description
• Minimum 6 session salaried GP
• We request you have CCT’d 2 years before applying
