Moira Surgery are seeking a driven, enthusiastic and forward-thinking full time Practice Manager to lead our well-run, organised and highly motivated training GP practice in a thriving community within the Southern Trust area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high standards, supporting team development and driving continual improvement in patient care and practice performance.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational, communication, IT and leadership skills who can inspire a committed team and help shape the future of our progressive practice.

Approx 11,500 patients, 3 GP Partners, 5 salaried GPs, 1 advanced nurse practitioner, 1 practice nurse, 2 pharmacists, trust-run treatment room, 1 phlebotomist, admin team of 9, MDT due to arrive in 2026
