4-9 sessions, replacement post. Salary £84,480 pro rata
6 weeks leave and bank holidays pro rata.
No commitment to do OOH sessions, but these are available through Western Urgent Care.
Information about the practice
We are a well organised, high income, GP training Practice with a list size of 7,500 patients and 5 GP's, supported by a most excellent, friendly and highly motivated primary healthcare team of 3 practice nurses, 2 pharmacists, 1 Mental Health Practitioner, treatment room Nurses, District nurses and Health Visiting staff, alongside the Practice Manager and Clerical Staff, based on a single site, in a modern state of the art premises, in Lakeland Health Village, Enniskillen.
There is daily opportunity at tea/coffee break for discussions across the primary healthcare team.
The practice is situated in Ulster's Lakeland County town of Enniskillen, a vibrant market town, located almost exactly in the centre of County Fermanagh, between the Upper and Lower sections of Lough Erne. Enniskillen is the largest town in County Fermanagh. The Times of London named it one of the best places to live in the UK in 2019; the area comprising Holyhill, Chanterhill Road, and Copper Cresent being described as the 'best address' for having the finest properties and due to its close proximity to the centre of town. Enniskillen has a huge number of tourist attractions and activities, high employment, excellent, affordable housing and excellent schools within the town itself, altogether combining to provide a high quality of life and giving the area a real desirability for families relocating to the Enniskillen area.
Enniskillen is in easy reach of the surf beaches in Donegal and also provides for water sports like Sailing, Canoeing, Boating on Lough Erne.
